ph67 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ph67 platform available at ph67.cam (hereinafter referred to as "ph67", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the ph67 platform and refrain from registering an account. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. ph67 recommends that all users review this page periodically to remain informed of the current terms governing your use of the platform.

To register and maintain an account with ph67, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and the laws of the Republic of the Philippines governing real-money online gambling.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships are not permitted to hold ph67 accounts.
• You must not be accessing ph67 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of ph67 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processors.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from ph67 or had a ph67 account closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number.

ph67 reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle. You may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a UMID, PhilSys ID, driver's license, or passport) to verify your identity before a withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ph67 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. ph67 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Each registered member may maintain only one ph67 account at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under a different identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.

You agree to notify ph67 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account by contacting our support team via live chat at ph67.cam. ph67 will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure your account upon receiving such notification.

All financial transactions on the ph67 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph67 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash or Maya are credited to your ph67 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification as described in Section 2. ph67 processes approved withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya wallets on the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST). Requests submitted after this cut-off time will be processed on the next business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take two to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• ph67 reserves the right to impose transaction limits on accounts that have not completed the full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.
• Any deposits made that are found to be associated with fraudulent activity will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

ph67 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings.

General bonus terms that apply to all ph67 promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• ph67 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software failure, or communication error during a game session, ph67 reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. No claims for winnings that would have resulted from a malfunctioning game session will be honored.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph67 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited activities will be suspended immediately, and ph67 reserves the right to void all winnings and forfeit all balances associated with such activity:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with ph67 games, the platform interface, or payment systems.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip dumping, coordinated betting, or sharing of cards in live poker or live casino games.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or unintended game behavior to gain an unfair advantage. Players who discover a bug are obligated to report it to ph67 support immediately.
• Use of a VPN, proxy server, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location when accessing ph67.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the ph67 platform to process the proceeds of illegal activity, in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws (AMLA).
• Registering an account on behalf of another person, allowing another person to use your account, or accepting funds from another person's account as payment for real-world goods or services.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph67 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any ph67 content without prior written authorization from ph67 management.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph67 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ph67 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

ph67's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph67 account during the three-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ph67 does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

ph67 collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) of the Philippines. By registering an account with ph67, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the ph67 Privacy Policy.

ph67 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the ph67 platform at ph67.cam/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

If ph67 makes a material change to these Terms that significantly affects your rights or obligations as a member, we will endeavor to notify registered users by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of ph67 after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph67 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and ph67, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably by contacting ph67 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

ph67 operates under PAGCOR regulatory oversight. Disputes that cannot be resolved between you and ph67 may also be escalated to PAGCOR's player complaints channel in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable regulations.
